What is Connect Podcast?

Connect Podcast is our sermon podcasting system we have offered to churches since 2006. Our software allows you to easily manage your sermons, with the ability to podcast to iTunes and our included sermon player. All files are hosted on our servers, so you never have to worry about running out of storage space again on your main hosting account.

What is sermon podcasting?

Sermon podcasting is the method of syndicating sermons for distribution so anyone can subscribe and follow your church. You will receive a unique podcast that will work with iTunes, Google Reader, and many other podcasting software systems. We will even assist in the process of submitting a podcast to the iTunes Store so your church can be found in the largest podcasting directory out there.

General FAQ's

How does the free trial work?

We offer a 60 day free trial for Connect Podcast. There are no credit cards or other requirements. You get unrestricted access to the Connect Podcast system and free support via phone and email. At the end of the 60 day period, you will have the option to continue using the software by upgrading to a paid account.

What if we need help? Do you offer phone support?

Unlike most companies, we actually prefer talking on the phone. We believe that instead of sending many emails back and forth, we can solve the problem or answer your questions in one phone call. We also offer email support in addition to phone support.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

We do not require any long term contracts or commitments of any kind. In fact, we even offer a 60 day trial with all our products so you can see if they are worthwhile before you subscribe. If you ever decide to leave, just send us an email and we will cancel your account immediately.

What payment methods do you accept? How does the payment process work?

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once you become a paying customer, your credit card will be automatically charged the renewal dues until you cancel. We never have access to your credit card. Your payment details are securely stored with our payment gateway Authorize.net using military grade encryption and security.

How long does it take for my account to get set up?

We generally set up new accounts the same or next business day depending on when the order is received. Some accounts will require additional details, so we will give a welcome call to get any info we need and answer any questions you may have.

Will you be updating Connect Podcast in the future?

We are always looking to improve and update our software to make it better for your church. Our developers are always working on something new, and we always take feedback and suggestions from our users.

What about pricing? What if our church grows?

Our pricing for Connect Podcast is currently set at $15/mo for our Basic Plan, and $25/mo for our Pro Plan. Connect Podcast pricing is not based on church size, so you don't need to worry about a price increase due to change in church size.
